THE NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF CITIZENS ADVICE BUREAUX in Birmingham is seeking a Debt Caseworker to join our Debt Team, delivering high-quality advice to clients and helping meet contractual obligations under our funded programmes.
The role requires proven experience as a caseworker, a strong knowledge of debt advice, and the ability to contribute to high-impact social policy work at local, regional and national levels. This is a permanent, hybrid position working 36.5 hours per week.
