HR Officer – Community Support Services (CSS) | Flexible 30hrs

Hollybank Group’s Community Support Services (CSS) seeks an HR Officer based in Halifax, with occasional travel to Mirfield. The role covers the full employee lifecycle and requires 30 hours per week, with flexible working discussed.

You will deliver practical HR support to managers and staff, ensuring compliance with employment law and best practice, and assist with recruitment, onboarding and training. A Level 3 CIPD or equivalent is required.
