Family Support Lead – Early Help & Safeguarding

SourceFlow is seeking a Family Support Worker to provide practical and targeted support to vulnerable children, young people and families, working with Social Workers and Team Managers to improve outcomes and safeguarding.

You will lead Early Help assessments, chair Team Around the Family meetings, and coordinate multi-agency support while maintaining accurate case records. The role combines office and home working to meet family needs.
