Tenant & Maintenance Liaison Lead

Let’s Go Lettings is seeking a confident Tenant and Maintenance Liaison Coordinator to own tenant enquiries and maintenance across managed properties in Portsmouth. You will be the first point of contact for repairs, coordinate contractors, and visit properties to inspect issues and verify work.

The role requires excellent communication, strong organisation, and the ability to manage high volumes of calls and emails while keeping tenants informed and up-to-date. Salary £28,000–£30,000 DOE.
