Customer Service Supervisor — Front‑of‑House & Cash Handling

Admiral Slots is seeking a Customer Service Assistant / Supervisor for our UK venues. You will deliver outstanding service to players, assist customers, and step up to supervisory duties when needed.

You will welcome guests, promote offers and events, handle cash, serve refreshments, and help with opening/closing procedures while ensuring a welcoming, compliant venue. This role offers an enhanced hourly rate for supervisory duties.
