Front Desk Patient Experience Coordinator

Penrose Health is seeking a Patient Coordinator to welcome and support patients at our practices. The role focuses on creating a calm, safe environment, collecting vital information, and helping manage patient flow to support clinicians.

As a front-line member of the Welcome Team, you will engage patients face-to-face, maintain accurate records, and escalate urgent concerns to the clinical staff to ensure smooth operations across our sites in the South East London network.
