Festive Store Assistant – Flexible Hours & Night Pay

Tesco is recruiting festive in-store colleagues to help during the busy Christmas period. You’ll serve customers, stock shelves and assist with order picking for home delivery. No prior experience is required—just a friendly, proactive attitude.

Roles offer flexible shifts with a minimum guaranteed 12 hours per week and options for as few as 7.5 hours. Night hours between midnight and 6am attract a £2.35 per hour premium, with pay from £13.28 to £14.55 per hour depending on store location.
