As Assistant RestaurantManager at Hawksmoor , you’ll play a key role in leading the front-of-houseteam and delivering warm, confident hospitality every day. You’ll support theRestaurant Manager in running the floor, developing people and maintaining highstandards, while being a visible, hands‑on leader during service.
What You’ll Do
- Support the Restaurant Manager in the day-to-day running of therestaurant
- Lead shifts on the floor, setting standards and creating apositive, welcoming atmosphere
- Coach, support and develop the front-of-house team
- Ensure exceptional guest experience, handling feedback with careand confidence
- Work closely with kitchen, bar and reservations teams to keepservice running smoothly
- Support recruitment, training and progression within the team

- Experienced as an Assistant Restaurant Manager in a qualityrestaurant
- A confident, people-focused leader who enjoys being on the floor
