Temporary Telesales Executive

Central Worcester | Hybrid Working | £16.00 – £18.00 per hour | Temporary | Immediate Start

We’re recruiting an experienced Telesales Executive, Appointment Setter, Lead Generator or SDR to help a growing Worcester-based business manage a backlog of warm enquiries.

This is not a cold-calling or high-pressure sales role. You’ll speak with prospective customers, understand their needs, qualify opportunities and arrange appointments for the sales team.

Responsibilities:

• Contact warm leads and existing enquiries
• Build rapport and qualify opportunities
• Book discovery calls and appointments
• Update customer records on the CRM system
• Ensure accurate data management and GDPR compliance

Requirements:

• Previous experience in telesales, appointment setting, lead generation, telemarketing or internal sales
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable using CRM systems
• Organised, proactive and able to work independently
