Mersey and West Lancashire Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking a permanent Paediatric Ward Manager for Ormskirk Hospital. The role leads a 17-bed inpatient ward, 4 day-case beds and a 6-bed Observation Unit, caring for children from 0-16 years.
You will provide leadership, oversee quality improvement and ensure safe, effective care across a 24/7 service, working closely with the Paediatric Matron and other managers to maintain high standards.
