Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Care Home Deputy Manager & Clinical Lead to support the delivery of high-quality care. You will lead in the General Manager’s absence, supervise a multidisciplinary team, and ensure regulatory compliance while driving continuous improvements in resident well-being.

The ideal candidate is an RN/RMN with NMC registration and a teaching/mentoring qualification, with HR and budget experience, and a track record of supporting new nurses through preceptorship.
