Senior Deputy Manager – Children’s Residential Care

The Witherslack Group is seeking a Deputy Manager for our residential children’s homes. You will lead staff and ensure young people feel supported, safe, and valued, guiding daily operations with a person-centred approach.

We require a minimum of 2 years’ residential childcare experience and supervisory experience. A Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare is essential; Level 5 Leadership and Management is desirable, with a full UK driving licence held for at least 12 months.
