Waythrough, formed in 2024 from the Humankind and Richmond Fellowship merger, is seeking a Service Manager to lead our Mental Health and Supported Housing Community Outreach service. Based at Chapel View Kendal with three days on-site and two at Ulverston hub, you will oversee daily operations, ensure safety, quality and person-centred support.
