Senior Audit Lead — Hybrid (London/Herts), Owner‑Managed Focus

Red Door Recruitment is seeking an experienced Audit Senior to take ownership of audits from planning through to completion. You will lead on-site and client premises engagements, manage junior staff, and work with owners of varying businesses across sectors.

The role is heavily audit-focused (roughly 90% audits, 10% accounts) with hybrid working from London or St Albans. ACA qualification or equivalent is preferred, and strong knowledge of auditing standards is essential.
