Senior HR Partner (Multi-Site) – Maternity Cover

Artis HR is supporting a large organisation in Manchester to recruit an experienced HR Business Partner on a 12-month maternity cover. You’ll work with operational leaders to shape people plans, provide practical HR guidance and ensure policies are applied across a complex, multi-site business.

In this hybrid role, you’ll build strong relationships with managers, challenge where needed and support employee relations, talent, learning and development, and reward.
