Deputy General Manager – Front of House Leadership

Compass Group UK in Sunbury is seeking a Deputy General Manager to lead our Front of House operations on a fixed-term contract up to 18 months. The role is 40 hours per week, 07:00–15:30, with a salary of £48,600 per annum.

You will head the daily front-of-house team, ensure a warm and professional customer experience, manage client relationships, and maintain rigorous health and safety standards while supporting site targets.
