Senior Lab Refurbishment Site Manager – M&E & Safety Lead

Trevett Project Services is seeking an experienced Mechanical Site Manager for a laboratory refurbishment and relocation programme in Southampton. You will lead day-to-day site activities, manage M&E works, and ensure safety, programme, and quality standards are met.

The role requires mechanically biased expertise, SMSTS, First Aid at Work, and strong reporting using PowerPoint and Microsoft Project, with a preference for candidates based in Southampton.
