UCL seeks a proactive Business Analyst to support a portfolio of change and improvement initiatives within Strategic Change in London. You will investigate operational issues, document requirements and deliver end-to-end analysis for small-scale changes to existing services.
Collaborating with the product team and stakeholders, you will produce BA deliverables, define to-be process models and support user acceptance testing to ensure fit-for-purpose IT solutions.
