Customer Success Manager – Data Products (Hybrid, Bristol)

Legal 500 in Bristol is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join the expanding team. You’ll onboard new customers, drive early adoption and engagement, and collaborate with sales across product lines to unlock value from Legal 500 data products.

Based in Bristol with a hybrid pattern (3 days in office, 2 days remote), you will act as a bridge between Sales, Editorial and Product, leading demos and quarterly business reviews to help customers realise value from our data offerings.
