Incident Improvement Manager: Data-Driven Investigations

Amazon.com, Inc is looking for a capable investigator to join the Amazon Logistics EU Deliver Service Partners team. You will handle claims with escalating severity, coordinate with DSP management, Corporate ER teams, Legal, PR and third-party vendors, and ensure thorough documentation.
