Hybrid UASC & Pathways Social Work Lead

Tripod Partners is seeking a Team Manager for UASC and Pathways. The role oversees a team of social workers (UASC and looked after children aged 16–18), chairs multi‑agency meetings for permanence planning, and ensures timely quality assurance of care plans and assessments.

The post includes weekly performance oversight and duties as duty manager for the CLA and UASC service. Hybrid arrangements include one office day per week and periodic face‑to‑face meetings.
