Senior Client Manager

We’re working exclusively with a well-established digital agency to appoint a Senior Client Manager. You’ll take ownership of a portfolio of key accounts, acting as the primary point of contact and ensuring delivery excellence across digital projects.

What You’ll Do

• Own and manage a portfolio of key client accounts
• Act as primary client contact across all projects
• Oversee project delivery in collaboration with internal teams
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
• Contribute to new business pitches and proposals

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of client management experience in a digital agency
• Strong understanding of digital project delivery
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
• Commercial awareness and ability to spot growth opportunities
• Organised, proactive and calm under pressure
