Peabody is seeking a full-time Outreach Support Worker to empower vulnerable people across Chelmsford, Maldon and surrounding areas in Essex. You will deliver person-centred support, helping customers maintain tenancies, access services and build independent living skills, with crisis intervention when needed.
You will visit homes, coordinate with agencies, and advocate for customers, while working flexibly including evenings and weekends.
