Senior Children’s Residential Care Lead (Trauma-Informed)

The Senior Residential Support Worker role at Eastbourne’s Ofsted-registered Children’s Home involves helping young people aged 4 to 16 become more independent through structured activities in a safe environment. You will positively influence the lives of vulnerable children who have experienced trauma and instability.

You will work with Team Leaders to create a therapeutic, nurturing and structured environment where young people feel understood and supported, with Day or Night shifts available
