Care Leader — Lead Residential Care Team (Weekend Pay)

The Orders of St John Care Trust is seeking a Care Leader in Purton. You will lead a small team of carers, plan and deliver care that promotes security, dignity and independence for residents at The Cedars care home.

You will monitor care plans, stay engaged with continuous assessment and evaluative reviews, and balance team support with resident wellbeing in a 36-hour-per-week role with enhanced weekend pay.
