Residential Support Worker — Impactful Care & Growth

Tricuro Ltd in the Bournemouth area is seeking a Residential Support Worker to join Wallfield, a residential home providing care for 14 clients with learning disabilities and complex support needs.

You will deliver person-centred care, promote independence, and comply with CQC guidelines, working flexibly across evenings, weekends and bank holidays. NVQ/QCF Level 2 or equivalent is required or you must be willing to work towards it.
