Remote Patient Services Advisor (Clinical Research)

Havas Lynx Faze is seeking a compassionate Patient Services Advisor to join our remote team. You will be the first point of contact for individuals interested in clinical research studies, handling inbound and outbound calls, conducting pre-screening, and guiding participants through study requirements.

This part-time, permanent role requires excellent communication, strong data-entry skills, and the ability to work remotely across multiple systems while meeting KPIs and GDPR/privacy standards.
