Support Worker – Housing & Trauma Recovery for Women

Shelter is seeking a dedicated Support Worker in Dorset to assist women who have experienced trauma and are at risk of homelessness. You will work within the SHINE service to tailor accommodation support, help access counselling, and collaborate with partner agencies to remove barriers to sustaining a home.

Applicants should have a strong understanding of housing issues, safeguarding, and experience supporting women with multiple disadvantages.
