Stroke Care Specialist – Complex Community Support

Advantage Healthcare, part of CCH, is seeking a Complex Care Assistant to support a client who has had a stroke. You will deliver sensitive care in the community with clear communication and patience, addressing behaviours related to complex needs.

A Full UK driving licence is essential, and prior community care experience is preferred. Training on moving and handling equipment will be provided, and you may travel within the local area.
