Flexible Bank Youth Housing Support Worker

YMCA DownsLink Group is seeking Bank Support Workers to join our expanding team. You will work alongside experienced staff to provide practical and emotional support to residents in our 16+ OL​YP, Care Leavers, and UASC services across Sussex and Surrey.

Shifts include day, evening, waking night, weekend and bank holidays, with advance or short-notice bookings. A trauma-informed approach guides our support and signposting.
