Silver Birch Care Holdings is seeking an Assistant Team Manager for Clover Childcare Services in Brumstead (NR12), Norfolk. You will lead shifts, deputise for the Registered Manager, and put safeguarding at the centre of everything you do.
We train staff in Dyadic Developmental Practice (DDP) and support attachments with a warm, therapeutic home environment. This role includes a 39-hour average week, 24/7 rota, and £50 per sleep-in shift.
