Pay: £14.00 – £15.00 per hour

Available Shift Patterns

• Morning Shifts: 7:00am – 2:00pm
• Evening Shifts: 4:00pm – 9:00pm
• Long Days: 7:00am – 7:00pm

What You’ll Do

• Support people in their own homes and within the community
• Encourage independence, choice, and confidence
• Assist with appointments and social activities
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Support with personal care where required
• Promote dignity, respect, and wellbeing

We’re Looking For Someone Who Is

• Caring, compassionate, and reliable
• Friendly, positive, and motivated
• A driver with access to a vehicle
• Based locally (preferred)
• Experienced in care or willing to learn and develop new skills

Additional Information

• Part-time and full-time roles available
• Weekend availability is required
• Some roles may require staff of a specific gender due to the individual needs of the people we support and may be exempt under the Equality Act 2010.
