Home-Based Night Nurse (Palliative Care) – Part-Time

Dorset HealthCare is seeking a Night Nurse to deliver autonomous care in patients’ homes as part of the Clinical Assessment and Treatment Service visiting team. The role involves direct patient care, triage, and collaboration with nurses, paramedics, and GPs in a community setting.

The position requires a full UK driving license, DBS disclosure (enhanced/standard) paid by the Trust, and a flexible, team-oriented approach to support palliative care and wellbeing in the community.
