Industrial Recruitment Resourcer — Full‑Time with Training

Ideal Recruit Ltd in Hinckley is seeking a Recruitment Resourcer to join our growing Industrial team, supporting clients and their warehouse operations.

You’ll work closely with management to understand recruitment needs, source candidates via CV databases and job boards, manage the full recruitment process from first contact to onboarding, and ensure compliance. Full-time hours, 09:00–17:00, with full training and development opportunities.
