Argyll and Bute Health and Social Care Partnership in Scotland is seeking a Senior Social Care Worker to join the team at Tigh a Rudha. You will be part of the management team, contributing to the development of the service and ensuring high standards of care in line with the Health and Social Care Standards.

The role involves a 12-hour shift pattern covering days and nights, supervision of staff, and supporting induction and training.
