Mental Health Care Assistant – Compassionate MDT Support

South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust seeks a Band 3 Health Care Assistant for the Dova Unit at Furness General Hospital. You will work within a 20-bedded mixed-sex inpatient unit as part of the multidisciplinary team, supporting care plans and patient recovery.

Training is provided, with flexible working patterns to support NHS wellbeing. The role requires compassion, good communication, and the ability to work rotations, including nights and weekends.
