You will drive quality across services, perform audits, review documentation, and support managers to implement improvements, ensuring person-centred support and compliance with inspections.
The role offers hybrid working and requires experience in quality assurance, with a pro rata salary of £30,000-£33,000 plus a car allowance. 25 hours per week with regional travel.
