Brandon Trust in Roche, Cornwall, is seeking a Female Team Leader to oversee a team of Support Workers in a 17.5 hour per week role. You will lead with calm, resilience and a hands-on approach, ensuring high-quality, person-centred support and adherence to safeguarding and regulatory standards.

Experience in social care and a supervisory role is valued, with opportunities for development. A full UK driving licence is desirable. This is a part-time, on-site position at a 24/7 service location.
