Children’s RMN/RCN Nurse – Flexible Part-Time

S.N.G Health Care Agency is seeking an experienced RMN or RCN to join a specialist children’s residential care provider across Hampshire. The role covers multiple homes and involves safeguarding, risk assessments and developing care plans for young people with complex needs.

You will work within a supportive multidisciplinary team, promoting health, independence and wellbeing while coordinating with external healthcare professionals and education partners.
