You’ll be working in a modern workshop environment, producing high‑quality components and taking ownership of programming, setting and operating CNC milling machines.This role would suit a motivated CNC Miller who enjoys hands‑on machining work and wants consistent hours, a strong work‑life balance, and optional overtime.
The Role:
- Programming, setting and operating CNC milling machines
- Workshop based in Rugby
- Dayshift: Mon–Thurs 7:30–16:45, Fri 7:30–12:30 (40 hours/week)
The Person:
- Experienced CNC Miller (minimum 5 years’ milling experience essential)
- Skilled in milling processes and producing components to tight tolerances
- Motivated, reliable and enjoys CNC milling
- Comfortable working in a workshop-based role
