Hospice Social Worker – Part-Time Psychosocial Care

ST MICHAEL’S HOSPICE (INCORPORATING THE FREDA PEARCE FOUNDATION) seeks an experienced Social Worker to join the Supportive Care team. Reporting to the Social Work Lead, you will deliver psychosocial support to patients, families and children, considering cultural, spiritual, social and financial factors, across the hospice.

You will manage your own caseload with autonomy, maintain confidentiality, and contribute to safeguarding responses within palliative care.
