HR & Recruitment Coordinator — Flexible Hours

Leeds College of Building is recruiting an HR Coordinator to support recruitment and onboarding, strengthening the people function in Leeds. You will work closely with the HR team to ensure a smooth employee experience and help deliver the College’s People Strategy.

We are looking for proactive individuals who communicate well with stakeholders, maintain high accuracy, and manage deadlines. A Level 2 qualification or equivalent is required. Closing date 28 October 2026.
