Talent Resourcer – Hybrid 12-Month Contract

The Owl Centre in Pontypool is seeking a Talent Resourcer on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role is hybrid, with attendance at the Pontypool office twice a week to support sourcing, screening and onboarding of candidates.

You will partner with the Talent Partner to build pipelines, screen applicants by phone, coordinate interviews, and manage timely communications, ensuring a positive candidate experience and compliant recruitment processes.
