Estate Services Officer – Flexible Working

Westminster City Council is seeking an Estate Services Officer to maintain safe, pleasant communal areas on estates and blocks. You will monitor contracted services to ensure high cleaning and grounds standards and provide emergency call-out cover for housing management or repairs.

Your responsibilities include inspections of blocks, ladders, roofs, fire risk assessments, lighting, reporting concerns, coordinating repairs, and helping residents while working with the Housing Management team.
