About you
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field
- 2-4 years’ experience in sourcing, recruiting, or talent acquisition
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, and applicant tracking systems
- Strong research and analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment
What you’ll do
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill and high-volume roles
- Build and nurture talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Conduct initial screening calls to evaluate candidate suitability and cultural fit
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and market conditions
- Create compelling outreach messages to engage top talent and maintain ongoing candidate relationships
