Hybrid HR Advisor (Part-Time) – Public Sector Support

Dorset Police Force is seeking an HR Administrator/Advisor (Part-Time) to join the HR Operations Department in Exeter on a hybrid, temporary basis. The role focuses on advisory support, attendance and disciplinary processes, and lifecycle guidance.

Ideal candidates have HR experience, strong administrative skills, and the ability to work independently. CIPD Level 3 is desirable, with opportunities to contribute to policy and documentation work.
