Heritage Visitor Experience Officer

Heritage Trust of Lincolnshire seeks two Visitor Engagement and Support Officers for Greyfriars, Lincoln. The roles are split into Role 1 (10.5 hrs/week) and Role 2 (12 hrs/week). You will welcome visitors, support events, and help run the site to ensure it is safe, accessible and enjoyable.

Experience in customer service and a friendly, proactive approach are essential. Join us in keeping Greyfriars a vibrant heritage venue for all visitors.
