Job Description:
An MSP in central Edinburgh is seeking a 2nd Line IT Support Engineer to join its growing team. The role is predominantly onsite, with hybrid working available after six months, and a strong emphasis on customer service and problem solving.
You will troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Windows and macOS, fix networking issues and take ownership of tickets. A full UK driving licence is essential for occasional travel to client sites across central Scotland; MSP experience and certifications are desirable.
