Store Duty Manager – Lead Retail Team & Drive Service

Iceland Foods is seeking a committed Duty Manager to join our growing business. You will work as a Retail Assistant and receive a £2 per hour supplement for the time you manage shifts, while delivering great availability for customers.

You will play a key role in engaging and developing the team, supporting the Talking Shop Rep, and promoting an inclusive culture with strong leadership on the shop floor.
