- -Preventing and detecting theft and loss
- -Monitoring the store and responding appropriately to incidents
- -Assisting customers and staff when required
- -Maintaining a safe and secure environment
- -Following company security procedures and policies
- -Completing incident reports accurately when required
- -Using company-issued security equipment, including a mobile phone and body-worn camera
- -Maintaining professional standards and good communication at all times
About the RoleWe are looking for a well-spoken, professional and reliable Retail Security Officer to join our team. The successful candidate should have excellent communication skills, a professional manner and the ability to communicate confidently with customers, colleagues and management.
